Our unique filtering system is different from many other filtering options that you may have.  Because of this, we recognize that you may have questions.  Please consult this list of questions first.

Common Questions:

  1. What types of sites are blocked?

  2. Are all bad sites blocked?

  3. What do I do if I find a bad site that is not blocked?

  4. What should I do if I need to access a site, but it is blocked?

  5. I am trying to search for something, but my search is blocked.  How do I fix this?

  6. Does the filter slow down my Internet?

  7. I have cable / DSL / LAN access.  Does the filter affect my download speed?

Advanced Questions (Answers may not be appropriate for inexperienced users):

  1. I installed the filtering software and now one of my other programs doesn't work.  What do I do now?

  2. I brought up a site which should be blocked.  Instead of blocking the site, your "Blocked" message came up, but the site still loaded underneath this message.  Is something wrong with my filtering?

  3. After installing, all Internet access has become very slow?  What could be wrong?

  4. Can the filtering be removed manually by a experienced users?

  5. Someone has attempted to remove the filtering software from my system, and I no longer have Internet access.  Is there any easy way to correct this?
