Filtering Support Info

A valuable feature on the menu is the About screen.  This page will display your software version number and copyright information, as well as important support contact information specific to your account or distribution.  To access this screen either double-click the icon in the system tray, or right-click this icon and click on Preferences.  While Preferences is opened, you may click on the About menu option to return to this screen.

Please refer to this screen for support information for your account.  Support for your filtering software may be provided by your ISP, network administrator, or distributor.  Please also note that the above image is an example only.  Your support information will be displayed when you follow the instructions above.

Available support channels may be hyperlinked, meaning you may click on the blue underlined text to go to that website or email address.

For additional support, double-click the system tray icon and call the Support Phone number listed.
